CRIME NO.9 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition passed in Crl.O.P.No.19966 of 2021 order dated 27.10.2021 i.e the petitioner shall report before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m., for a period of 2 weeks and thereafter as and when required for investigation.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ADI NARAYANA RAO, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19966 of 2021 on 27.10.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect, that the first petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on monthly once of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and the second petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
