This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent, not to harass the petitioners, under the guise of enquiry.
2. It is the contention of the petitioner that under the pretext of enquiry, the police is unnecessarily harassing the petitioner.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the respondent police received a complaint from the defacto complainant and after enquiry, the complaint was closed.
