2. Captioned WMP has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of original order dated 26.07.2023 bearing reference No. 2844/ Tha Ku.2/2023 made by third respondent.

3. Mr.M.Mohamed Saifulla, learned counsel on record for the petitioner is before us. Learned counsel submits that certified copy has been misplaced and that has necessitated filing of captioned WMP.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, nature of the matter and taking into account the fact that a photocopy of the aforementioned order has been filed, the reason given i.e., that the petitioner has misplaced the original order is accepted.
