This petition has been filed to withdraw STC No.250 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Cuddalore, and transfer the same to the Hon'ble Judicial Magistrate Court at Coimbatore having competent jurisdiction.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the issue involved in this petition itself become infructuous.

3. Recording the above said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
