The instant writ petition has been filed with a prayer for issuing a Mandamus directing the first and second respondents to forthwith transfer the petitioner working as Village Health Nurse (VHN) in Gongarpalayam Assistant Health Centre to P.Vellalapalayam, Government Primary Health Centre, Srivalur Block, Erode District as Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM) in view of her health condition by considering her representation dated 13.05.2025 and reminder dated 02.07.2025.
2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a representation dated 13.05.2025 to the respondents seeking transfer to P.Vellalapalayam Government Primary Health Centre, Siruvalur Block, Erode District as she suffered from a heart attack and has undergone angioplasty surgery.
4. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate appearing for 2/4
the respondents would fairly submit that they would consider the petitioner's representation within a reasonable time.
5. In view of the above fair submission, without going to the merits of this Writ Petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.05.2025, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
