ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.43 of 2023 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Cuddalore.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the dispute is only between the relatives / known persons. Considering the materials placed before this Court, this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings. However, if there is any compromise between the parties, it is left open to the petitioners to approach this Court and file a petition to quash the proceedings on account of compromise.
