CMP.No.18873 of 2024 in CMA.SR.No.110065 of 2024 SATHI KUMAR SUKUMARA KURUP, J.

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 116 days in preferring the above appeal in CMA.SR.No.110065 of 2024.

2. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner is present in Court.

3. The learned Counsels for Respondents 1 and 2 are present in Court and they have no objection in allowing this Petition.

4. From my experience as a Tribunal Judge throughout my service, there are no incidents of the State Transport Corporation or the State Express Transport Corporation accepting the award and depositing the amount, even after Execution Petitions, they remained indifferent. Therefore, the question of waiving the interest, in this case, does not arise since they are adamant about paying the award amount. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
