W.M.P.No.27036 of 2022 In M.DHANDAPANI,J.

This miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to recall the order dated 21.07.2022 in W.P.No.18554 of 2022 passed by this Court and thereby afford an opportunity to the petitioner to contest the writ on merits.

2.This Court vide order dated 21.07.2022 made in W.P.No.18554 of 2022 had directed the respondent in the writ petition/ second respondent herein to implement the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.8568 of 2015, dated 23.05.2015. Aggrieved by the same, the present miscellaneous petition has been filed. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner in the miscellaneous petition submitted that this Court may issue direction to the second respondent herein/ Tahsildar, Kancheepuram District, to implement the order passed by this Court in the year 2015 after hearing the petitioner in the miscellaneous petition and the petitioner in the writ petition and further prayed to permit the petitioner in the 1/3

miscellaneous petition and the petitioner in the writ petition to produce the necessary document to substantiate the title. 4.The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner raise no serious objection.

5.In view of the above, this Court permits the petitioner in the miscellaneous petition and the petitioner in the writ petition to produce the necessary document to substantiate the title before the second respondent herein/ Tahsildar, Kancheepuram District. The second respondent herein shall implement the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.8568 of 2015, dated 23.05.2015, after hearing the petitioner in the miscellaneous petition and the petitioner in the writ petition, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.This miscellaneous petition is accordingly disposed of. 14.10.2022 pri 2/3
