The present Application has been filed to grant Extension of time to execute security bond by the petitioner in O.P.No.293 of 2024 order dated 06.03.2025.

Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein, the application in A.No.3510 of 2025 in O.P.No.293 of 2024 is ordered as prayed for and time is extended to execute the security bond on or before 29.08.2025.
