ORDER
The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the impugned order dated 23.07.2024.
2. Heard Mr.T.Dharani, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.
3. The specific contention of the petitioner is to challenge the impugned promotion posting order dated 23.07.2024 is upon the family circumstances as the petitioner's sister is suffering from Intellectual Disability. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there will be a vacancy in Sathanur range on 31.07.2025. Therefore, the petitioner has given a representations and the last representation on 20.11.2024 and the same is yet to be considered by the 2nd respondent.
4. At this juncture, the learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that they would consider the petitioner's representation within a reasonable time.
5. In view of the above submissions, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders on it's own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three(3) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected WMP is also closed.
