ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the first respondent to consider the representation dated 18.12.2023 submitted by the petitioner seeking to regulate the timings ordered in the proceedings of the first respondent dated 05.07.1994 in terms of the relevant provisions of Motor Vehicles Act and TamilNadu Motor Vehicles Rules.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 18.12.2023 submitted by the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
