ORDER

Today, the matter is listed under the caption "for being mentioned", at the instance of the learned counsel for the appellant.

2. Mr.Amar Dineshbhai Pandiya, learned counsel appearing for the appellants and Mr.R.Rajesh, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent are present.

3. It is brought to the notice of this Court that some typographical error has been crept in paragraph No.3 of the Judgment dated 07.07.2025. The said paragraph No.3 is to be replaced as follows: " 3. The Tribunal on considering the facts and circumstances of the case and on appreciation of oral and documentary evidence, came to a conclusion that the accident had taken place only due to the rash and negligent driving on the part of the 1st respondent. Having come to such a conclusion, the Tribunal fixed the total compensation payable at Rs.20,80,000/- under various heads as follows:"

4. Registry is directed to incorporate the above paragraph No.3 quoted above and issue fresh order copy to the parties forthwith.

5. In other respects, the order dated 07.07.2025 shall remain unaltered.
