[Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.] Earlier, this Court by order dated 01.09.2023 had directed the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation for pre-mature release of the convict prisoner and report compliance of the order on 20.10.2023.

2. Today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 21.06.2023, has been rejected and the same has been communicated to the petitioner.

3. In view of the above submission, compliance of the order made in WP No.24977 of 2023 dated 01.09.2023 is hereby recorded.
