Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.07.2024 and pass appropriate orders directing the first respondent to make necessary endorsement in the permit in respect of the vehicle bearing Reg.No.TN-28-BV-7227 of the revision of timings fixed for the petitioner's vehicle in the first respondent's proceedings R.No.1465/A2/95, dated 22.04.1996.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the first respondent to consider the representation dated 05.07.2024 submitted by the petitioner seeking to make necessary endorsement in the permit in respect of the vehicle bearing Reg. No.TN-28-BN-7227 of the revision of timings fixed for the petitioner's vehicle in the first respondent's proceedings dated 22.04.1996.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 05.07.2024 submitted by the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands
