The present application has been filed to bring them on record as legal heirs of the deceased 4th respondent viz Husband, Mr.Sundaramoorthy, Son Rishaanth and Daughter Thirsha as Respondents 9, 10 and 11 in O.P.No.602 of 2024.

2. This application has been supported by the Legal Heir Certificate issued in favour of the 4th respondent. A perusal of the Legal Heir Certificate would indicate that the respondents 8 to 10, who are sought to be impleaded as respondents 9 to 11 are the Legal Heirs of the deceased 4th respondent.

3. In such view of the matter, the application in A.No.3567 of 2025 in O.P.No.602 of 2024 stands ordered as prayed for.
