R3-struck off vide order dated 03.02.2017 in WP.3359/2016 Prayer:- Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue writ of mandamus to direct the first respondent to amend the Tamil Nadu Advocates Welfare Fund Act, 1987, on the strength of the 2nd respondent Resolution No.261 of 2012 dated 16.09.2012.

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.Sundresh,J.) This Writ Petition has been filed, seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the first respondent to amend the Tamil Nadu Advocates' Welfare Fund Act, 1987, in pursuant to the Resolution No.261 of 2012 dated 16.09.2012.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submits that sufficient time may be granted to look into the matter and for taking appropriate decision, as various other Departments have also to be consulted in this regard.

3.In such view of the matter, we direct the first respondent to take a final decision in this regard, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
