ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on 05.09.2022, the petitioner gave a complaint against one Kamalakannan and Rajan with regard to temple dispute, but the second respondent has not taken any action. Instead the second respondent is harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint given by the said Kamalakannan and Rajan.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police on instructions submitted that the petitioner has raised a dispute with regard to temple worship, in this regard he gave a complaint against one Kamalakannan and Rajan in which CSR.No1.188 of 2022 has been given. In that connection the second respondent police enquired the petitioner and there is no harassment made by the second respondent police.

4. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents police.

5. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the second respondent police is hereby directed to conduct the enquiry in accordance with law without harassing the petitioner.

6. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
