2. Today, the case is listed for extension of time for payment of cost and to cross examine the PW1 in OS.No.3436 of 2019.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner M/s.C.Jayachitra is permitted to pay the cost amount to the plaintiff counsel through Speed post / RPAD by today itself.

4. The trial Court is directed to take up the case for cross examination on 31.08.2023.
