This petition is filed under Section 378 (4) Cr.P.C, to grant leave to the petitioner to file an appeal against the judgment dated 01.06.2023 made in C.C.No.1223 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate/Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level II, Coimbatore.

2. Heard Mr.P.Saravana Sowmiyan, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that though the accused admitted of having obtained loan from the complainant, the trial court had acquitted the accused and that there are arguable points in the present appeal and accordingly, leave is granted.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the matter under the caption "For Admission" in the usual course.
