2.This Court is convinced with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the application. Accordingly, this application is allowed.

3.The learned counsel for the applicant/plaintiff is directed to take substituted services on 4th defendant in any one issue of "Tamil Daily" circulated at Dharmapuri. The publication shall be effected on or before 29.12.2021 and the notice to the 4th defendant shall be returnable by 06.01.2022.
