O R D E R

Challenging the order passed by the learned Principal Subordinate Court, Mayiladuthurai in I.A.No.1 of 2022 in H.M.O.P. No.77 of 2022 dated 06.08.2022, the present Civil Revision Petition has been filed.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the Revision Petitioner submitted a letter dated 20.09.2022 to the Registry seeking permission to post the above Civil Revision Petition for withdrawal. Accordingly, the matter is listed today under the caption "for withdrawal". When the matter taken up today for hearing, the learned counsel for revision petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition and he has also made endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected C.M.P. stands closed.
