This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in paragraph 6(a) of the order dated 21.12.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.31395 of 2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by both side counsels, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on condition to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two normal sureties, instead of one normal and one blood surety and to comply with the conditions within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
