O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to consider his application dated 08.07.2024 seeking survey of the land situated in S.No.93/6 at Kunniyur Village, Kallakuruchi Taluk, Kallakuruchi District.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he is the owner of the above mentioned property with an extent of 0.74.5 acres having purchased the same vide sale deed dated 23.06.1997. The petitioner submitted online application on 08.07.2024 seeking survey of the land. It is also seen from the acknowledgment in the typed set of papers that the petitioner paid necessary charges for survey of the land and the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2, would submit that the online application of the petitioner will be considered on its own merits, within a 2/5

time frame fixed by this Court.

4. In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the first respondent to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 08.07.2024 and pass final orders, on its own merits, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after issuing necessary notice to the interested parties.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
