O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner hails from State of Bihar and the procedure of issuing solvency certificate is not in vogue and therefore seeks for modification of the bail condition.

2. This Court on perusing the condition imposed by the Court below does not find that the Court has insisted on solvency certificate or the person who stands surety must be from Bihar alone.

3. It is bond for Rs.10,000/- by parents, close relatives or friends, there is no necessity for modification. Hence this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
