This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking for to call for the records and set aside the order dated 28.04.2016 passed in CRP No.20 of 2016 on the file of the Hon'ble Principal Sessions Judge, Salem and confirming the order dated 26.02.2016 passed in CMP No.6045 of 2015 in C.C. No.101 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Mettur.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the case in C.C.No.101 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate-I, Mettur, has been settled on 09.12.2017 before the Lok Adalat. Hence, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.
