The present Application has been filed to extend the time for execution of the bond in terms of the order dated 01.04.2025 made in O.P.No.774 of 2023.

Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein, the application in A.No.3460 of 2025 in O.P.No.774 of 2023 is ordered as prayed for and time is extended to execute the security bond on or before 29.08.2025.
