Prayer : Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus to call for the entire records relating to the petitioner's detention order dated 26.10.2022, on the file of the Second respondent herein made in proceedings C.No.70/G/IS/TPC/2022, dated 26.10.2022, as Goonda and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents herein to produce the detenu, Paramasivam S/o.Gurusamy, aged 28 years, now detained in Central Prison, Coimbatore, before this Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty. (Order of the Court was made by S.S. SUNDAR, J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed challenging the Detention Order passed by the 2nd respondent as against Paramasivam S/o.Gurusamy, aged 28 years.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer in this petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 3.Recording the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
