ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for police protection to his life and property bearing survey number 22/3, 0.61 for an extent of 14 cent situated at T.V.Pudur Village, Virudhachalam Taluk, Cuddalore District in accordance with law to secure the ends of justice.

2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that admittedly even as per the complaint, there seems to be a civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent, in respect of the possession and enjoyment of the property. The proper remedy available to the petitioner would be to approach the Civil Court to get the relief and that based on the complaint dated 05.08.2019, the petitioner and the 3rd respondent were called for an enquiry and the finding therein that the dispute between the parties was of civil in nature, the parties were directed to approach the Civil Court. 4.Recording the said submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the parties are directed to approach the Civil Court, if they are advised so.

5.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
