The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 394 and 511 of IPC in Crime No.512 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that when the petitioner attempted to commit robbery from the defacto complainant, there was a wordy quarrel and as a result of which, the petitioner has assaulted the defacto complainant with beer bottle. Hence the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that the petitioner has permanent abode and is prepared to abide by any stringent condition imposed by this Court. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner. 4.Per contra, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. the defacto complainant, there was a wordy quarrel and during the quarrel, the petitioner has assaulted the defacto complainant with beer bottle. Due to which, the defacto complainant's eye ball was removed. He would further submit that there are six previous cases pending against him and hence, he opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5.Taking into account the nature of offence and also of the fact that there are six previous cases pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
