This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed as the petitioners shall stay at Kalpakkam and report before the Inspector of Police Kalpakkam Police Station every day at 10.30 am and 5.30 pm for a period of four weeks and thereafter report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders by this Court against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.22050 of 2022 dated 15.09.2022.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would also submit that the second petitioner has been complying with the conditions and as far as the first petitioner is concerned, he has not been complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.22050 of 2022 dated 15.09.2022 for the second petitioner is modified to the effect that the second petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 am until further orders.
