Crl.M.P.Nos.15143 & 15145 of 2022 Crl.M.P.Nos.15143 & 15145 of 2022 in Crl.OP.Nos.271 & 241 of 2021 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police monthly once i.e on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.M.P.Nos.1113 & 1063 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.Nos.271 & 241 of 2021 by order dated 03.02.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would also submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions and the investigation has not yet been completed.

4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.Nos.1113 & 1063 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.Nos.271 & 241 of 2021 by the order dated 03.02.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on summons.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
