This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking for to direct the learned Additional CCB-CBCID, Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Allikulam Complex, Egmore, Chennai to expedite the case in C.C.No.9199 o 2010 pending on his file and conclude the trial within a stipulated time.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), on instruction submitted that the after completion of the investigation, C.C. No.2134 of 2017 has been taken on file before the learned Additional CCB-CBCID, Special Court, Egmore. and all the accused are acquitted on 23.09.2020.
