Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents, especially the second respondent to initiate proceedings forthwith to enter the name of the petitioner in respect of 2 housing plots to an extent of 1025 sq.ft + 864 sq.ft = 1889 sq ft in Toto comprised in survey No.104/6A of Paasar Village, Thittakudi Taluk apart from issuing of patta in the light of the proceedings of the first respondent pursuant to his proceedings made in O.Mu.(Aa4)284/2018, dated 21.02.2018.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to initiate the proceedings forthwith to enter the name of the petitioner in respect of 2 housing plots to an extent of 1025 sq.ft + 864 sq.ft = 1889 sq ft in Toto comprised in survey No.104/6A of Paasar Village, Thittakudi Taluk apart from issuing of patta in the light of the proceedings of the first respondent pursuant to his proceedings made in O.Mu.(Aa4)284/2018, dated 21.02.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. Heard, Mr.A. Amalraj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.M.Ayyadurai, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
3.The learned Government appearing for the respondents submitted that pending writ petition, as directed by this Court, the second respondent considered the request made by the petitioner and issued patta to the petitioner.
