.. Respondent/Administrator This case came up for settlement before the National Lok Adalat. Both parties are present. The learned counsel for the applicant Mr.R.Munusamy, and the respondent/Administrator Mr.Sandilyan, Additional Deputy AG & OT. After mutual discussion, negotiation, mediation and conciliation between both

parties, they arrived at a compromise to settle the matter as follows: TERMS OF SETTLEMENT The Applicant, his counsel and the respondent were present. Both parties have filed a Joint Memo of Compromise and the same is recorded.

2. They submitted a compromise memo before the Lok Adalat. As per the terms of the compromise memo dated 11.12.2021, the Applicant agreed to pay a monthly rent of Rs.23,300/- (75% of existing monthly rent of Rs.31,000/-) for 3 years with 10% enhancement of rent of monthly rent every 3 years for the property belongs to the Trust Estate of NV Ammal at Premises No. 1/189, N.S.C. Bose Road, Chennai-104, w.e.f. the date of signing the settlement.

3. In the light of the above terms of the compromise as adumbrated in the compromise memo, the issue arisen in the Application has been settled and the Application is accordingly, disposed of.
