Heard Mr.S.Haja Mohideen Gisthi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, who submitted that the name of "Chennai Port Trust" has been changed as "Chennai Port Authority" vide Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Notification dated 14.09.2022.

Mr.K.Raja, learned counsel, who takes notice for the respondent, submitted that he has no objection in ordering this petition. 4.
