This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for records pertaining to Cr. No.1811 of 2017 dated 01.12.2017 (On the file of the first respondent) and quash the First Information Report.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first & second respondent submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed and is yet to be taken on file by the Judicial Magistrate, Poonamallee.

3. In view of the above submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further consideration in this Criminal Original Petition and the same is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
