This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to withdraw the S.C.No.278 of 2014 on the file of the Sub Court Judge, Harur, Dharmapuri and to Transfer the same to Salem District Sessions Judge Court or any other competent Court other than Dharmapuri District.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the eighth respondent.

3.This petition has been filed for transfer of case in S.C.No.278 of 2014 is pending for the period of five years, this Court is not inclined to transfer the isame. However, the trial Court is directed to complete the trial in S.C.No.278 of 2014 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already filed.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
