2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has wrongly mentioned the satisfaction Court in the petition filed for bail as XIX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet instead of IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet and prays for necessary correction.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Registry is directed to make necessary correction in the order of this Court dated 28.08.2023 as IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet and issue fresh order copy forthwith to the petitioner concerned on payment of necessary fees and upload the amended order.
