ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 3 and 6 to take further action on the complaint dated 11.10.2021 in accordance with law.

Heard M/s.R.Aparna, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.P.Baladhandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1, 2, 4 and 5 and Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 3 and 6.

Aggrieved by the execution of sale deed by the seventh respondent, the petitioner lodged complaint dated 11.10.2021, before the third respondent.

On receipt of the complaint, the third respondent issued notice, dated 13.12.2021 in Na.Ka.No.6294/c/2021 and the enquiry is pending.

Considering the above, the third respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, seventh respondent and the counter parties if any, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
