ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to cancel the patta bearing No.452 issued in the names of several persons found there upon by the second respondent on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner dated 23.09.2021.

2. Heard M/s.R.Aparna, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Jeevagiridharan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 23.09.2021, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 9 herein, after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
