ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take appropriate action who has been making false documents and creating encumbrances over the property as per the petitioner's complaint dated 28.09.2021.

2.Heard M/s.R.Aparna, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1, 2 and 6 and Mr.P.Baladhandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 3 to 5.

3.The petitioner lodged complaint as against the illegal sale transactions in respect of the properties comprised in (a) Survey No.148 to an extent of 3.14 acres, in (b) Survey No.149 to an extent of 1.43 acres, in (c) Survey No.129 to an extent of 1.27 acres, Old Survey No.148, New Sub Divided to Survey Nos.129/2B2A, 148/1A1A and 148/1A4A situated at Krishnagiri R.D. Kelamangalam S.R.O. Kelamangalam Revenue Village and it is pending.

4.Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the counter parties if any and after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
