ORDER

These Writ Petitions have been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to refer the matter relating to the acquisition of lands in S.No. 138/1 measuring 0.71.5 hectares, S.No. 439/3 measuring 0.24.5 hectares and S.No. 439/4 measuring 0.22.5 hectares, situated at Moranapalli Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishngiri District, in respect of the award proceedings on the file of the second respondent under Award Nos.4/2007 and 3/2007 passed under Section 8 of the Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the entire case bundle had already been handed over to the petitioner along with change of vakalath. So far, the petitioner failed to engage any counsel on their behalf. Today, when the matter was called, neither the petitioner nor any counsel appeared before this Court. It clearly shows that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing these cases. 3.Hence, both the Writ Petitions are dismissed for default. No costs.
