COMMON ORDER These Criminal Original Petitions are filed to call for the records in Crime Nos.85 & 86 of 2023 on the file of the 1st respondent and compromise quash the same.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioner did not commit any offences as alleged in the impugned FIR. Without any base, the respondent Police registered a case as against the petitioners in Crime Nos. 85 of 2023 for the offences under Sections 447, 294(b), 323, 506(i) & 379 of IPC and in Crime No.86 of 2023 for the offences under Sections 447, 341, 294(b) & 506(ii) of IPC. Hence he prayed to quash the same.

3.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submitted that pursuant to the orders passed by this Court on 04.10.2023, the parties have appeared before the respondent Police and entered into a compromise. Based on their compromise, the respondent Police has dropped the action. Therefore, nothing survives in these petitions and hence, he prayed for dismissal of these petitions.
