The case was registered against the petitioner for the offences under Sections 379, 430 IPC r/w.21(1) of Mines and Minerals (D&R) Act. 2.

After getting bail, the petitioner was absconded. Therefore, Non Bailable Warrant was issued on 01.04.2022 and he was secured on 02.08.2023. 3.

The records indicates that due to his abscondance, the case could not be committed, been adjourned and the next hearing date is fixed on 08.09.2023. After committal to the Court of Sessions, the petitioner shall move the Court below for bail and on filing of such petition, same may be considered in accordance with law.
