S.A.No.888/2000 PRAYER Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to set a said the order of dismissal for default of non-representation dated 07-02-2014 as restore above S.A.No.888 of 2000. against the Judgment and decree dated 29/11/1999 made in A.S.50/1992 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Tindivanam conforming the Judgment and decree dated 19/03/1992 made in O.S.No.947/1981 on the file of the District Munsiff Court, Gingee.

ORDER:- This Petition coming or for order upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support there of and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. T.Dhanasekaran, Advocate of the Appellant there Court made the Following order

1. This petition has been filed to set aside the order of dismissal for default of non-representation dated 07/02/2014 as restore the above Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused he materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the

affidavit filed in support of the petition and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is ordered.
