Prayer: Criminal Original petition under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code praying to direct the respondent to conduct the enquiry on the basis of the complaint dated 12.3.2023 made by the petitioner to the respondent and file a report as per the direction given in Crl.M.P.No.2777 of 2023 passed by Judicial Magistrate II, Tindivanam under Section 156(3) of the Criminal Procedure Code.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to direct the first respondent to conduct the enquiry on the basis of the complaint dated 12.3.2023 made by the petitioner to the first respondent and file a report as per the direction given in the order dated 20.6.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.2777 of 2023 passed by Judicial Magistrate II, Tindivanam under Section 156(3) of the Criminal Procedure Code.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a case has been registered in Crime No.212 of 2023 on 06.8.2023 for the offences under Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 324, 506(ii) of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act as per the directions of the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Tindivanam.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
