This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 03.07.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.14627 of 2023 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. It is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner faces a life threat from his enemies. When he visited the respondent police to observe this condition, he was asked not to come to the police station for the reason that he faces life threat. In the said circumstances, he wants to modify the condition to the effect that instead of respondent police, he may be asked to appear before any police station at Chennai.

3. In the circumstances stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the conditions imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14627 of 2023 dated 03.07.2023 i.e., to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, is modified to the effect that petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, M4 Red Hills Police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The other conditions shall remain unaltered.
