ORDER

The writ petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to issue a No Objection Certificate to the petitioner to run a "SPA i.e. Cross relaxation massage in the name and style of TEDDY SPA" at Hotel AB Merridien No.160, 3rd Floor, Shasthri Road, Ram Nagar, Coimbatore & District 641 009 by passing orders on the petitioner's representation dated 12.09.2022. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 12.09.2022 was considered by the respondent police and they sought some additional particulars of document from the petitioner, but it was not furnished so far.

3.Recording the same, the petitioner is hereby directed to furnish the required documents to the respondent police and the Commissioner of Police /R1 is hereby directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.09.2022 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
