C.M.P.Nos.21168, 21170 & 21172 of 2021 have been filed to condone the delay of 1076 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the petitioner viz., D.Kannappan; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the petitioner and to bring on record the petitioners 1 to 3 as legal representatives of the deceased petitioner in the above C.R.P.

2.Mr.Sivaji, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 & 3 and Ms.Sneha, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 4 & 5 submitted that the respondents 2 to 5 have no objection for ordering C.M.P.No.21168 of 2021. 3.Though the respondents 6 and 7 have entered appearance through counsel, there is no representation for them, when the matter is taken up for hearing. 4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of C.M.P.No.21168 of 2021 and in view of the no objection given by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 5, C.M.P.No.21168 of 2021 is ordered. In view of the order passed in C.M.P.No.21168 of 2021, C.M.P.Nos.21170 & 21172 of 2021 are also ordered.
