This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para 6(b) against the petitioner on 29.07.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.17917 of 2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is complying with the conditions without fail and the investigation is complete, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate on every first working day of English Calendar month for a period of three months.
